Blockchain/crypto related Telegram community moderator

We are looking for a Telegram community moderator to support the day-to-day communication with community of blockchain related projects.

Tasks:

Instant reply to direct messages.

Send out/pin announcements.

Deal with queries in the channel on a timely manner.

Resolve issues/difficult discussions.

Maintain positive and engaged tone of communication.

Maintain ongoing interaction and initiate discussions with the community members 

Control and/or remove inappropriate messages.
 

Requirements:

Experience in online community moderation is welcomed but not mandatory.

Experience working in the blockchain/crypto industry or high knowledge level of crypto, blockchain, DeFi, markets.

Basic understanding of how crypto communities operate and communicate.

High to native level of English.

Work on a flexible schedule on weekdays and/or weekends.
